Option 1
- Click the Tools menu
- Point to Pop-up Blocker.
- Choose to turn off the pop-up blocker.

- Click the Tools menu.
- Point to Preferences.
- Click General tab.
- On the Pop-up dropdown list, Select block unwanted pop-ups or open all pop-ups.
Option 2
- Click Tools in a menu bar.
- Select Pop-up Blocker
- Click Pop-up Blocker Settings
- On Filter Level, Choose the "Medium: Block most automatic pop-ups"

Option 3
- If the Information Bar appeared underneath the Address Bar, click the Information Bar, it notifies you that a pop-up window has been blocked.
- Click on it and choose either of two options:
- Click Temporarily allow pop-ups or
- Always allow pop-ups from this Site.... and click Yes
