Juhi Chawla- born of November 13, 1967, this former Miss India is an Indian actress, television presenter and film producer is one of the leading actresses of Bollywood. She starred in a number of critically successful films such as Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak and Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke, which earned her an award as the Filmfare Best Actress Award. This very famous personality in the showbiz industry is happily married to industrialist Jai Mehta in which they have two beautiful children. Dr. Manmohan Singh- is the 17th and current Prime Minister of the Republic of India. Dr. Singh was born on September 26, 1932 and also serves as the Union Minister for Finance. During his tenure as the Finance Minister, he is generally credited for initiating economic reforms in the country. He is also an economist by profession and had worked at International Monetary Fund and in the United Nations. Kiran Bedi- recipient of the prestigious Ramon Magsaysay Award or Asian Nobel Prize, Kiran Bedi is the first and highest ranking woman officer in India who had more than 35 years of experience and expertise in police service. Bedi has presented the country at the United Nations and other international forums about crime prevention, drug abuse and women’s issues. Aside from his great achievement in her field, she is also an Asian and National Tennis champion. Viswanathan Anand- dubbed as one of the finest chess players in the world and hailed as the first Grandmaster in India. In addition, he became also the first Indian to win the famous FIDE World Chess Championship and continue to rose fame after he won the FIDE World Rapid Chess Championship and several Chess Oscars. During 1990’s Viswanthan Anand has rubbed shoulders with some of the worlds greatest chess players like Anatoly Karpov and Gary Kasparov. Aparna Popat- undoubtedly one of the finest badminton players of all time. Popat won the national women’s title for eight consecutive years. She was born in the bustling metropolis of Mumbai, India on 18th of January 1978. Among her numerous badminton titles include Women’s Singles in French Open, Arjuna Award for 2005. Amrita Rao- this Indian model and actress is one of the most promising talents in Bollywood industry. She was born on June 17, 1981 and started her career as a model. Rao made her acting debut in Ab Ke Baras but went unnoticed. She marked her name in Bollywood when she starred in Ishq Vishk by Ken Ghosh’s love story and earned her a nod in Filmfare in the Best Female Debut category.
